How to measure the foot correctly?
To measure the length of the foot, prepare a piece of paper, a pencil, a ruler and a tailor's centimetre.
On a sheet of paper (on a hard surface) Trace the foot holding the pencil perpendicular to the ground. Once traced, use a ruler to measure the length of the foot outline from the longest toe to the heel. To be on the safe side, we recommend measuring both feet for any difference in length.
How do I choose the right shoe size?
Dance shoes should fit the foot well. Footwear for standard dances should have a small 'stock', shoes for Latin American dances should fit the foot without 'stock'. How do I return products?

What is the lead time?
The standard delivery time for ordered products is 2 to 4 working days. We inform you of the status of your order by e-mail. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the lead time is extended by the time the funds are credited to our account, which can take up to 2 working days. In the case of products available on request, the lead time is between 9 and 14 days.
There was an error in the delivery address, what to do?
If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been forwarded to the courier, we will change the address to the correct one.
After how long will I receive a refund?
